Submission process for the exhibition:
1. Make sure you have all the details of your works ready before you start
They are:
Title
Medium
Framed?
Height cms (max 80cms)
Width cms (max 80cms)
Depth cms
(if you are entering a print)
Total number of prints in the edition
Number of print in the edition
Sale price
Place image for upload (we suggest you create a folder on your computer and place images inside it so you
can upload all from the same place).
2. Select the number of works you are submiting from the PayPal drop down menu
3. Complete your PayPal payment
4. Following your payment you will be directed back to complete the submission form
DEADLINE for submissions Thursday 9th August 2012
Artists whose work is selected will receive confirmation by email together with a unique registration number by Tuesday 14th August 2012
Delivery of works:
Barbican Arts Group Trust, 114 Blackhorse Lane, London E17 6AA (parking in courtyard)
Saturday 25th August & Sunday 26th August 2012, 12 pm - 6pm both days.
Each work submitted should be labelled on reverse with:
Registration Number, Title, Medium, Artist full name, selling price (including 20% commission). All selected works should be delivered in person during the specified times and dates.
