Open Submission Prize Exhibition organised by Barbican Arts Group Trust.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Only works with dimensions (including frame) up to 100 cms height, width or depth will be accepted for exhibition. Works submitted in excess of 100cm in any dimension will not be accepted or displayed.
- 2D and 3D works may be submitted.
- All exhibition works must be delivered and collected within scheduled times.
- Each artist is responsible for the delivery and collection of their work(s) on the specified dates.
- Works may be delivered and or collected in person or by courier (e.g. FedEx) at the artists' expense.
- All costs of courier delivery and collection shipment services must be paid for by the artist
- Fixings need not be attached to works.
- Each artist may submit up to 3 works.
- Barbican Arts Group Trust (BAGT) will deduct commission @ 20% of the sale price stated on the submission form.

Only jpg images excepted.

Conditions:
​- Selected works will not be insured by BAGT and are submitted at the artist’s risk.
- The selectors decision is final.
- Correspondence must not be entered into with either BAGT or the selectors under any circumstances.
- BAGT will not provide any additional equipment to display works
- BAGT reserves the right to change selectors.
- BAGT reserves the right to change exhibition and PV dates.
​- BAGT shall not be held responsible for work not collected on the specified dates.
- BAGT has the right to dispose of works that have not been collected on the specified dates
