Blackhorse Lane Studios are situated near to the West boarder of Walthamstow and were established in 2007. The studios are the major studios in Walthamstow and comprise of 26 studios. There are excellent rail, underground and  bus connections.

Hertford Road Studios has 17 centrally heated studios. It lies centrally between Hoxton and Dalston. Haggerston Station is five minutes walk and there numerous bus connections within a few minutes from the building. The Studios were established in 2010 following an earlier studio complex in the same street that started life in 1989.
