1. Make sure you have all the details of your works ready before you start
They are:
Title
Medium
Framed?
Height cms (max 100cms)
Width cms (max 100cms)
Depth cms (max 100cms)
(if you are entering a print)
Total number of prints in the edition
Number of print in the edition
Sale price (including 20% commission)
Place image for upload (we suggest you create a folder on your computer and place images inside it so you can upload all from the same place).
2. Select the number of works you are submitting from the PayPal drop down menu
3. Complete your PayPal payment
4. Following your payment you will be directed back to complete the submission form
5. Stay on the submission form. You need to complete your submission at this stage you will not be able to return to the page if you leave it.
6. Submission fees are not refundable
DEADLINE for submissions, 23:59 hours, Sunday 3rd November 2024
Artists whose work is selected will receive confirmation by email together with a unique registration number(s) by Tuesday 9th November 2021
Delivery of works:
Barbican Arts Group Trust, 114a Blackhorse Lane, London E17 6AA map
2pm - 5pm Saturday 23rd November and Sunday 24th November.
Each work submitted should be labelled on reverse with:
Registration Number, Title, Medium, Artist full name, selling price (including 20% commission). All selected works should be delivered in person, or by courier at the artists' expense, during the specified times and dates.
